is an Oriental Medicine physician, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. She has been in private practice for over 20 years. With a special interest in women’s health and reproductive health, she has helped hundreds of couples conceive, supported women in pregnancy and birth.
Beyond her private practice she teaches yoga classes and workshops helping people heal from pain, move with greater ease and comfort and elevate their state of being. Ange will be teaching the Yin Yoga component within the training weeks. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice, where postures are often held for prolonged periods of time, giving us an opportunity to explore our internal state, to work through obstructions and blockages held in our fascia where our rich meridian body is found and to release from the patterns of our past. It is an opportunity to tap into our often dormant, creative self. |
Meet Agus:
|
Agus is a master. We've been travelling to Ubud having massages for the last 15 years and he's the best... Intuitive deep tissue massage in combination with Balinese massage, stretching and touch for deep relaxation. Depending on your need Agus can apply very firm pressure. He uses the elbow to release the pain. If its too much he can be guided by you to be softer. He specialises in lower and upper back pain as well as a stiff neck. You will feel the art of his intuitive touch from the heart. So you get one free massage and then book him every day if you can. Its absolutely worth it. |
